Job summary

Oorwin AI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to direct, control, and administer programs and projects across the organization. You will be the accountable leader for execution, driving initiatives from start to finish and delivering outcomes that meet business, technical, and quality requirements.

You will develop detailed plans, ensure on-time delivery, and manage scope, budgets, and risks while communicating with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• 8+ years of experience with full lifecycle implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• Strong written and verbal communication to all levels of an organization, from front line staff to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans with milestones and budgets.
• Report status and metrics to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across vendors and agencies.
