Owens Corning seeks an experienced Program Leader to drive highly complex, cross-functional new product and technical development programs from concept through launch and execution. You will align objectives, governance, and decision-making to deliver on strategic growth programs.

The role requires leading through ambiguity, managing interdependencies, and engaging stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in manufacturing-based industries.
• Experience leading physical product development programs from concept through launch.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage complex interdependencies.
• Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
