Job summary

ROSTR, Inc. is seeking a Director of Program Management to drive organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, ensuring cohesive, end-to-end systems with real operational impact as CreateOS scales.

The role sits at the center of strategy-to-execution, aligning teams, orchestrating dependencies, and leading agile and AI-enabled ways of working to deliver measurable progress against objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of program management experience in software organizations.
• Experience delivering complex software systems with product, engineering, and design teams.
• Experience scaling distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong systems thinking and operational leadership in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution aligned to objectives and milestones.
• Orchestrate delivery across pods, manage dependencies and risks.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to operationalize strategy.
• Lead organizational readiness and transition planning for new systems.
• Establish scalable operating rhythms and execution frameworks across distributed teams.
• Drive executive reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution to maintain momentum.
• Evolve delivery practices including agile and AI-enabled workflows.
• Other duties as assigned
