The successful candidate will drive projects from initiation to closure, manage vendor relationships and contracts, and ensure compliance with state governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects across full life cycles.
• Experience tracking multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with formal PM methodologies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in vendor oversight, contracts, and procurement-involved tech projects.
• Demonstrated vendor relationship management and contract enforcement.
• Strong risk, issue, schedule, and scope-change control expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication bridging business requirements and delivery.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with Ohio IT governance, security frameworks, and public procurement processes.
• Experience with modern work-tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project).
• Experience with vendor-managed COTS or cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio and project delivery tracking across multiple IT initiatives.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership on deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
