Job summary

Cook County Government seeks a Program Manager for the Cook County Land Bank Authority to oversee and advance economic, community, and housing initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑departmental efforts, leverage existing programs, and drive new initiatives to strengthen local development and resilience.

The role requires building partnerships, managing projects from concept to completion, and coordinating with public agencies and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years of program management or directly related experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Degrees from outside the U.S. must be credentialed by a U.S.-accredited service (NACES/AICE).
• Original required documents must be produced within five days of offer.
