Job summary

Cook County Government seeks a Lead Program Manager to drive program development, oversee day-to-day operations, and execute technical aspects of initiatives. You will coordinate with leadership across bureaus to implement strategic plans and performance reporting, while guiding sub-recipients and ensuring policy compliance.

Data entry for accomplishments and closeouts will be part of the role, along with staff guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with relevance to the field.
• Experience in planning, policy and compliance is essential.
• Ability to manage programs from initiation through closeout.
