Job summary

Cook County Government’s Cook County Land Bank Authority seeks a Planning Analyst to support the Tax Certificate Program, identify and track the acquisition of tax certificates, and help build a pipeline for the Acquisition Team.

You will analyze data on property portfolios and housing markets, run GIS analyses, manage property data, and provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Two years of experience in GIS and two years in planning or related work, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Tax Certificate Program and track acquisitions.
• Prepare, develop, and implement analyses of internal and external data to identify trends.
