Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing asset management strategies, policies, programs and objectives.
• Coordinate with managers, consultants, contractors, elected officials and external agencies to manage County real estate asset management.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of asset-related programs, policies and projects.
• Assist in overseeing development and implementation of processes for asset management including property acquisition, facility management, leases, and capital projects.
• Oversee budget preparation and reporting for department units providing real estate asset management services.
