Modular Power Solutions in McKinney, TX is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex programs across the full product life cycle. You will serve as the strategic interface between programmatic customers and our organization, guiding scope, pricing, and design decisions with accountability.

Ideal candidates bring an engineering or estimating background, 8+ years in program or account management, and experience in mission-critical projects within industrialized construction.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in program or account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field).
• Mission Critical Experience required.
• Advanced experience in account management in industrialized construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for programmatic level customers throughout the program life cycle.
• Maintain deep understanding of pricing, design requirements, and project scope.
• Manage a team of program-specific managers and/escalate as needed.
• Forecast multi-year programs and track key account metrics.
• Review and process change orders in line with contracts.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with a white glove approach.
• Present program metrics during customer business reviews.
• Partner with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities.
