Job summary

McKinstry in the Offsite Manufacturing division seeks a Sr. Director, New Program Development to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across modular products, data centers power systems, DERs, and microgrids for scalable growth.

Basing in Dallas, Austin, Seattle, or Spokane, you will translate strategic vision into multi-year programs, drive capital investment, and ensure viable operating models aligned with the company’s 2030 vision.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of leadership in program development, strategy, or operations in manufacturing or construction.
• Advanced expertise in strategic growth planning, program/product development, commercialization, DfMA, and financial modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Visionary and pragmatic leader with a track record of sustainable growth through innovation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products and oversee governance of large-scale initiatives.
• Lead market and portfolio expansion by conducting rigorous market analyses and developing multi-year expansion plans.
• Architect scalable operating models and financial frameworks to enable disciplined growth and efficiency.
• Champion workforce strategies and supplier readiness to support multi-market expansion and regional incentives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership, aligning programs with enterprise strategy and tracking value creation.
