Job summary

Modular Power Solutions (MPS) seeks a Program Manager to act as the strategic interface between programmatic customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability.

You will oversee pricing, design decisions, and governance of change orders, leveraging experience in preconstruction or general contracting to ensure disciplined execution and long-term customer confidence.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience interpreting technical documents, pricing models, and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for programmatic level customers throughout the program life cycle.
• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics.
• Review, evaluate, and process change orders aligned with contracts.
• Lead and coordinate project-specific managers as applicable.
