Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Director, New Program Development in the Offsite Manufacturing division. This role leads enterprise-level strategy to create, launch, and scale new modular programs across data centers, DER, and microgrid solutions, aligning with supply chain, engineering, and operations.

The position requires 18+ years in leadership with expertise in growth planning, program development, commercialization, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations within manufacturing or construction environments.
• Experience scaling industrialized or prefabricated solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products.
• Oversee business case development, commercialization roadmaps, and governance of large-scale initiatives.
• Lead market and portfolio expansion through rigorous analyses of new markets and product families.
• Architect scalable program operating models integrating supply chain, engineering and operations.
• Champion workforce and supply chain strategies to support multi-market expansion.
