Job summary

Teraplex is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the execution of data-center infrastructure from approved customer requirements through manufacturing, site readiness, shipment, installation, commissioning, and turnover.

You will collaborate with technical leadership while owning the integrated program that converts design into delivered infrastructure, driving decisions, managing vendors, site contractors, engineers, and customers on a single plan.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years delivering data centers, mission critical facilities, industrial power systems, or comparable capital equipment programs.
  • Direct responsibility for at least one project from early planning through manufacturing or construction, commissioning, and customer turnover.
  • Experience coordinating power, cooling, controls, modular equipment, prefabricated electrical systems, or high density compute infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ownership of integrated schedules, cost forecasts, change control, risk management, procurement tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Experience with factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, integrated systems testing, or equivalent formal acceptance processes.
  • Ability to read one line diagrams, equipment submittals, site plans, MEP drawings, specifications, supplier quotations, and test procedures.
  • Experience working directly with customers, manufacturers, EPCs, contractors, engineers, commissioning providers, and senior executives.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across design, approvals, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site work, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Define clear criteria for design release, manufacturing release, shipment release, energization, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
  • Maintain the action, risk, decision, change, and cost records, along with a concise weekly executive report.
  • Manage design reviews, customer inputs, requests for information, submittals, drawing revisions, and document control.
  • Lead design transfer and production readiness with the contract manufacturer.
  • Track materials, supplier commitments, production progress, inspections, tests, deficiencies, corrective actions, and final documentation.
  • Organize factory acceptance testing and shipment release.
  • Coordinate site readiness, logistics, lifting, installation, startup, integrated testing, punch list closure, and turnover.
  • Lead delivery status meetings and communicate schedule, cost, risk, and decisions plainly.
  • Route technical changes for engineering approval and quantify their effects on cost, schedule, testing, and customer commitments.

Job description

You will identify missing inputs, challenge unsupported dates, drive decisions, and keep manufacturers, suppliers, site contractors, engineers, and customers working from one controlled plan.
