Job summary

Emerald Technologies, an EMS provider, seeks a goal-oriented Program Manager to join the San Jose, CA team. This role focuses on strategic project management, customer relationships, and contract execution for mid-size customers. The PM will collaborate with the site Lead PM to forecast revenue and ensure alignment with customer contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Relationship management and directing customers to Emerald services.
• Provide revenue forecasting by account with site PM.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and quality.
• Serve as site liaison to meet customer requirements and document status.
• Manage program-related decisions and contract terms with customers.
