Emerald Technologies in Saline, MI seeks a goal-oriented Program Manager to lead customer projects, manage relationships, and ensure successful execution. You will work with the site PM to forecast revenue and align with contract terms, while delivering high-quality service and coordination across teams.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, proactive communication, and efficient project execution in a manufacturing environment. Eligible candidates bring strong PM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or 5 years relevant industry experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in relevant manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, Engineering and Technical Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Directs the customer appropriately towards additional Emerald services and forecasts revenue by account.
• Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Ensure On-time Delivery, Quality and clear communication to meet expectations.
• Tactical Business Execution: Serve as site liaison, run meetings, document issues, inform customers of status.
• Commercial/Contract Management: Align program decisions with contract terms, including PPV, A/R and RMAs.
