Job summary

Emerald Technologies is seeking a proactive Program Manager Assistant to support the Program Management team in Brea, CA. You will coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time program delivery and process customer orders and quotations, maintaining records of returns, price adjustments, and schedule changes.

This role is a stepping stone into Program Management, offering training and exposure to grow into a full Program Manager position within a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or Program Administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions and apply them in practical situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Manager to adjust backlogs and improve on-time delivery.
• Prepare reports for key business indicators.
• Assist in managing commercial aspects including pricing, RMAs, and ECOs.
• Process customer orders and issue confirmations per procedures.
• Maintain customer files and interact with customers about account activity.
• Handle customer invoicing questions with accounting.
