Emerald Technologies seeks a goal-oriented Program Manager to join its Brea, CA team. The PM will manage customer projects, focusing on relationship management, customer satisfaction, and strategic execution, including contract-driven activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the site Lead PM for revenue forecasting, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining clear communications with customers. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or 5 years relevant industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in relevant manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering and technical services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.

Responsabilidades

  • Relationship Management: Understand Emerald offerings and direct customers to additional Emerald services; work with site Lead PM to provide revenue forecasting by account.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and communication; provide verbal and written updates to customers to meet expectations.
  • Tactical Business Execution: Serve as primary site liaison; conduct team meetings, document issues, and keep stakeholders informed of status.
  • Commercial/Contract Management: Manage program-related decisions and ensure alignment to contract terms (On-Time delivery, A/R, E&O, PPV, credit, RMAs).

The Program Manager is a strategic project-management professional who works on customer projects in a support role. The Program Manager is responsible for relationship management, customer satisfaction, tactical business execution, and commercial and contract management for assignments that include smaller to mid-size customers.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Relationship Management:
    • Understands Emerald offerings and directs the customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Emerald services.
    • Works with site Lead PM to provide revenue forecasting by account.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
    • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction (On-time Delivery, Quality, Communication)
    • Provide verbal and written communication to customers to ensure expectations are met.
  • Tactical Business Execution:
    • Serve as the primary site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer requirements are met.
    • Conduct team meetings, document issues, and proactively keep internal and external customers informed of status and overall status of the program.
  • Commercial/Contract Management:
    • Works with site Lead PM to manage all program-related decisions and ensure alignment to the terms and conditions of the customers' contract (On-Time delivery, A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs).

Qualifications of the Program Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or 5 years relevant industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in relevant manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, Engineering and Technical Services.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Schedule is determined based on business needs and coverage requirements. Hours may vary, and flexibility is expected to ensure adequate support for operations. Typical coverage is Monday through Friday, but occasional adjustments may be required.

Work Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

This is a salaried position; occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs.
