Job summary

Plexus Corp in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between customers and Plexus functional areas, and to head the Customer Focus Team, serving as the voice of Plexus and the customer.

You will engage with customers on delivery commitments, drive improvements per Plexus values, manage financial metrics, and coach teams to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead Customer Focus Team and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Focus Team(s) to align on contract goals and drive decision-making.
• Engage with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly reviews, site visits, PPV and NRE negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvements in customer service using Plexus' 5Es and Core Values.
• Monitor financial metrics to identify risks and variances and implement corrective actions.
