Job summary

Plexus Corp in Neenah, WI is seeking a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas. You will head the Customer Focus Team and manage the day-to-day relationship, acting as the voice of Plexus to the customer and the voice of the customer to Plexus.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers on delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related experience preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring team understands contracts/goals and is empowered to make decisions and solve problems.
• Lead engagement with Customer(s) on delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits and negotiations of PPV and NRE.
• Lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction per Plexus 5Es and Core Values.
• Leverage operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with support functions to implement solutions.
• Proactively use financial metrics to identify risks and variances to plan and mitigate them.
• If have direct reports, model Plexus Core Values, drive succession planning, and ensure development of employees.
