Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring the team understands program contracts and goals and can act to solve problems.
• Oversee delivery planning and ensure delivery within cost parameters across programs; build trust with customers and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Establish and share best practices in customer service and satisfaction; model Plexus Core Values.
• Create a culture of QBWM and Continuous Improvement in Customer Focus Team(s); share CI wins and leverage global best practices.
• Collaborate with CM/CD, Financial Analyst, and other departments to improve program financial performance; share best practices.
• If you have direct reports, exemplify Plexus Core Values; focus on potential, succession planning, and development/coaching.

Education
