Emerald Technologies in Brea, CA is seeking a goal-oriented Program Manager to join our team. The PM will manage customer projects, maintain relationships, ensure on-time delivery, and handle contract and commercial aspects.

You should have a Bachelor's in business or a related field, plus at least 2 years in manufacturing; strong communication skills; MS Office proficiency; and experience driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred and/or 5 years relevant industry experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in relevant manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, Engineering and Technical Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience driving customer account development and revenue growth.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: directs customers to Emerald services and aids revenue forecasting by account.
• Customer Experience & Satisfaction: ensures on-time delivery, quality, and clear communication.
• Tactical Business Execution: acts as site liaison to meet customer requirements and informs stakeholders of status.
• Commercial/Contract Management: aligns decisions with customer contract terms and manages related issues.
