Emerald Technologies in Brea, CA seeks a proactive Program Manager Assistant to support the Program Management team, processing customer orders and quotations and ensuring requirements are met on time. This role provides a pathway to advance into a full Program Manager position within a collaborative EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service, Program Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and apply them in practical situations.
• proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Manager to adjust backlogs, ensuring accurate ship dates and commit dates.
• Prepare reports for key business indicators.
• Assist Program Manager to manage all commercial aspects including product margin, pricing, RMAs and ECOs.
• Process customer part orders, enter orders into the system, and issue order confirmations.
• Maintain customer files and interact with customers regarding account activity.
• Collect information from customers regarding product or service complaints and relay to Quality Manager and Sales.
• Receive and respond to customer invoicing questions and coordinate with accounting.
