Lockheed Martin seeks a seasoned program leader to direct all phases of major programs from inception through completion. You will coordinate recruiting, training, and performance assessment while guiding cost, schedule, and technical performance and negotiating contracts with customers.

In this role, you will establish milestones, monitor master plans, and ensure resources are allocated effectively. A Secret clearance and 5+ years of leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technical, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and understanding Earned Value Management.
• 5+ years of demonstrated professional leadership experience.
• Understanding of SAFe Agile Principles.
• Knowledge of systems engineering practices.
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
• Familiarity with Risk & Opportunity Management process.
• Familiarity with Objective Simulation Framework.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
• Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
