Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Manager to direct all phases of complex programs from inception through completion. You will coordinate recruitment, training, and performance, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and act as the primary customer contact for program activities.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Planning, and Supply Chain to deliver advanced microelectronics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management or related discipline.
• 2+ years of Program/Project Management in aerospace, defense or microelectronics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program execution activities and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate across departments and with the customer as the primary interface.
