Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• PM experience through PM roles, CAM, IPT lead, etc.
• Cross discipline team leadership experience.
• Technical/Development experience.
• Program/Project management experience.
• Experience in DoD contracting and negotiating.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, controlling cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules; identifies problems and finds solutions.
• Directs the work of employees across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas and acts as primary customer contact for program activities.
