Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Management Senior to oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance on high‑risk aerospace subcontracts. You will guide a cross‑functional team, author key procurement documents, and negotiate supplier agreements to ensure program success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in subcontract/procurement on complex programs, and an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply‑Chain Management, or a closely related discipline.
• ≥3 years subcontract or procurement experience on high‑complexity aerospace/defense programs; ≥2 years leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to hold delegation authority and sign supplier agreements/POs.
• Hands‑on experience with the full subcontract lifecycle—solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and change‑order management.

Responsibilities

• Steer cost, schedule, and technical performance of the subcontract.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional subcontract‑management team.
• Author solicitation packages, work statements, and negotiate supplier agreements.
• Develop and execute sustainment and warranty strategies for long‑term product reliability.
• Manage change, evaluate proposals, and deliver award packages throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
