The role focuses on developing strategic plans, ensuring compliance, and delivering program milestones with strong leadership across engineering, quality, and procurement functions.

You will drive cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance while maintaining close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in FAR/DFAR guidelines and Acquisition Policy.
• Development of program assessments and root-cause/corrective actions.
• Risk and Opportunity Management including mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Able to manage a diverse team of production, development, and sustainment personnel.
• Able to lead a team of Supply Chain professionals and develop employees into leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage subcontracted systems, develop strategic plans, and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to ensure subcontract execution.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of subcontractors.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
