Lockheed Martin is seeking a program leadership professional to direct major defense programs from inception to completion in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, customer reviews, and contract negotiations to deliver cost-effective, timely results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program leadership experience with responsibility for quality, schedule and cost performance.
• Experience with proposals, INAR, EPP, and/or negotiations.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with suppliers and subcontract management.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Lead customer reviews and negotiate contract terms and changes.
• Establish milestones and monitor master plans and schedules.
