Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in business or technical field.
• Active secret clearance with willingness to obtain Top Secret.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate across functional organizations.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing programs.
• Experience with earned value management techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
