Job summary

Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Program Manager for the Academic Flourishing Initiative (AFI) within the HFH program. You will shape AFI’s structure, recruit senior institutions, and lead communications and revenue efforts.

You’ll supervise staff, manage administrative operations, and liaise with IQSS finance and OGC for governance and reporting. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s with 5+ years in education leadership or related fields, plus 3+ years in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Master's and/or PhD in related field.
• 3+ years of project and academic administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the structure and strategy for AFI.
• Lead recruitment efforts at president or provost level.
• Develop and execute engagement, communications and marketing plan.
• Oversee high-level gatherings with member institution leadership, recruitment events and sessions.
• Develop content and materials for AFI efforts.
• Onboarding process for member institutions.
• Development of Data Use Agreement with institutions and interface with Harvard OGC and OSP.
• Development and oversight of AFI revenue models and fundraising efforts.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage AFI administrative processes and staff supervision.
