Job summary

The Human Flourishing Program at Harvard's Institute for Quantitative Social Science invites a Program Manager for the Academic Flourishing Initiative (AFI). You will oversee strategy, growth, recruitment, communications, and financial activities with member institutions.

The role requires strong governance, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement skills, and offers a hybrid schedule with three on-campus days per week. Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience in educational and/or social impact leadership.
• 3+ years of project and academic administration experience.
• Master's and/or PhD in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop the structure and strategy for AFI.
• Lead recruitment and engagement of member institutions.
• Develop revenue models and fundraising strategies for AFI.
• Create and present research reports for institutions and across institutions.
• Lead communications activities for AFI, including website, press, and collateral.
• Manage AFI administrative processes and staff supervision.
• Oversee AFI financial operations including budgeting and invoicing.
