Job summary

Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program within IQSS invites applications for a Program Manager to oversee the Academic Flourishing Initiative (AFI). You will work with the Associate Director for Research and Executive Director to shape strategy, recruit member institutions, and develop revenue models.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of related experience, plus 3+ years in project and academic administration. A Master’s or PhD in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in educational and/or social impact leadership.
• 3+ years of project and academic administration experience.
• Master's and/or PhD in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop the structure and strategy for AFI.
• Lead high-level recruitment and engagement of current and prospect AFI data collaborators.
• Develop and oversee AFI revenue strategy and fundraising activities.
• Develop reports and findings for individual and cross-institution analyses.
• Lead communications, website oversight, and AFI collateral development.
• Manage AFI administrative processes: recruiting, training, supervising staff, and coordinating operations.
• Oversee AFI budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting; ensure compliance.
