Harvard University FAS Human Resources seeks a Program Manager for the AFI Initiative within HFH. The role oversees strategy, partnerships, budgeting, and reporting across member institutions.

You will lead communications, content development, and data-driven reports to advance human flourishing initiatives. The position requires 5+ years of related experience, strong project management and academic administration skills, and a advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• 3+ years of project and academic administration experience.
• Master's and/or PhD in related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement AFI strategy and five-year plan with senior leadership.
• Create and communicate engagement plans for member institutions.
• Lead AFI revenue models, donor relations, and invoicing processes.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with IQSS Finance, HFH operations, and external partners.
• Produce research reports and liaise with institutional research teams.
• Manage HFH administrative processes and staff supervision.
• Develop AFI collateral, website content, and media materials.
• Lead communications activities and manage onboarding of institutions.
