Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to lead a high-performing PMO responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex customer programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Project Management, or related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional programs; contract manufacturing/medical device experience is a plus.
• Strong program financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management organization, setting expectations, priorities, and performance standards.
• Oversee customer programs from award through development, tooling, validation, launch, and production.
• Monitor risks, schedule, budget, and customer commitments; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align programs with business goals.
• Drive process standardization, metrics, and governance; coach and develop PM staff.
