Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to empower the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer by turning priorities into clear plans, timelines, and accountable owners. You will design and manage the operating rhythm, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure progress with dashboards and exec updates.

You will champion AI adoption, drive culture and engagement, coordinate budgets and governance, and help leaders make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 3+ years in project management for strategy or marketing within a large organization.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer to translate priorities into clear plans, timelines, owners, and follow-through.
• Manage the operating rhythm of the team including leadership meetings, business reviews, KPI tracking, and executive decision forums.
• Design and execute medium to large cross-functional project plans with clear scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
• Champion AI adoption, share best practices, and coach for a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive associate engagement and culture initiatives through employee feedback analysis and recognition programs.
• Build and maintain project documentation, calendars, status reports, and decision logs to keep leaders aligned.
