Job summary

SMC is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Program Management organization and to ensure successful execution of the customer program portfolio across the company.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other leaders to deliver programs on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Science, Project Management or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading and developing professional Program/Project Management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Program Management organization, including Program Managers and other personnel.
• Establish expectations, priorities, accountability, and performance standards for the team.
• Provide leadership and direction across the customer program portfolio.
