Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
• 3–5 years of EVMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manages cost, schedule and technical performance; ensures margins and cash flow.
• Lead program reviews with customers and negotiate contract changes.
• Develops proposals, SOWs, operating budgets and related documents.
