Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Sr Specialist, Project Engineering in Clifton, NJ. You will lead a project team across software/hardware development, integration, and production, ensuring customer requirements are met within cost and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities include overseeing EV-based scheduling, risk management, and resource coordination, with frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams. A security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
• Oversee cost/schedule/technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects per Program Manager guidance.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and opportunities; drive execution to milestones.
• Develop resolutions to productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Work with resource managers to secure necessary reviews and approvals.
