Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of all program phases from inception to completion.
• Support planning and evaluation of project execution.
• Participate in contract negotiation and preparation of proposals.

Skills

Management and leadership experience

Knowledge of Earned Value Management systems (EVMS)

Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance

Education

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 9 years of experience

Graduate Degree with minimum 7 years of experience

Minimum 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
