Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Operations Management to own the program plan, cost and schedule commitments across Operations, PMO, Engineering and Supply Chain.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive manufacturing program execution, support capacity planning, and implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements. A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience is required; PMP and security clearance may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary conduit between program office and Operations for development, production and spares/repairs activity on assigned programs, driving overall program plan.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Contracts, Manufacturing and PMO to promote action planning and execution.
• Support the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates and change management processes.
