Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Program Manager to guide major defense programs from Salt Lake City, UT or Carlsbad, CA or San Diego, CA. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver proposals, SOWs, and contract execution.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or a Graduate degree with 7+ years, and must hold or be eligible for a Secret clearance with TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 9 years relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years preferred.
• Current or in-scope Secret clearance w/TS eligibility.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
