Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Lead, Supply Chain Management to manage program-wide supply chain activities across a portfolio of programs. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, contracts, and business development to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence across multiple levels. This position includes travel up to 25% and involves security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 9+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel (25%).
• Active clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with FAR/DFARs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain efforts in support of assigned pursuits, proposals and programs.
• Responsible for the Supply Chain labor and material cost, schedule, quality, and risk management of assigned programs.
• Understand/Report/Influence Supply Chain Program KPIs.
• Manage relationships with the program and Supply Chain cross-functional team.
• Drive program reviews on behalf of Supply Chain, including internal management reviews and customer-facing status reviews on program material and Supply Chain labor.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities; implement mitigation and recovery plans as needed.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, contracts, supply chain, quality, and business development to achieve program objectives.
• Support strategic efforts that assist in meeting business goals and objectives.
