Thomson Reuters Corp. in Minnesota seeks a Program Manager to define, scope, and lead large, complex programs that deliver strategic value. You will oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects and partner with senior leadership to ensure outcomes drive measurable business impact.

The role requires 8+ years in project or program management, experience guiding executives, and budgets of $10M+. You will implement governance, risk, and compliance frameworks while coordinating agile and waterfall

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• At least 3 years leading programs or multiple project teams.
• Experience managing program budgets of $10M+.
• Proven track record delivering large, high-visibility programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, including steering committees and C-level communication.
• Expertise in agile, waterfall, and program increment planning methodologies.
• Experience establishing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsabilités

• Define program vision, roadmap, and governance for a portfolio of interconnected projects.
• Lead a program team and build 30-50 strong high-performing staff.
• Partner with C-level executives and steering committees on priorities and reporting.
• Implement enterprise risk frameworks and mitigate strategic risks.
• Manage multi-year roadmaps, interdependencies, and planning across methods.
• Define program-level OKRs and value metrics; deliver executive reporting.
• Lead organizational change programs and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Establish program governance and ensure compliance across regulatory domains.
• Oversee vendor governance and multi-vendor partnerships.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality to realize business value.
