Qualifications

• 10+ years in client project management with at least 5 years in a program management role leading client-facing technology projects.
• Direct experience leading project management for ONESOURCE product suite.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans and program strategies with goals, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate and align project teams to translate program objectives into high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment.
• Prepare and share high-level stakeholder updates on milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project and program budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress and performance, adjusting plans to meet client goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting success.
• Implement and improve PM tools, processes, and frameworks.
• Evaluate performance and report recommendations to senior management.
