Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an organized Program Manager to lead client projects and portfolios. You will oversee planning, execution, budgets, and stakeholder communications across global teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in client project management, 5+ years in a senior program role, and strong expertise with ONESOURCE. This hybrid role supports US and global time zones with a focus on delivering strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client project management with 5+ years in program management or similar roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-project portfolios and client-facing technology projects.
• Experience leading or overseeing project management for ONESOURCE product suite.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies and dashboards/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans and program strategies with goals, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate project teams to translate program objectives into high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Prepare stakeholder updates on milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure compliance across multiple projects.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet client goals and program outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting success.
• Improve PM tools, processes, and frameworks for efficiency and innovation.
• Evaluate performance and report recommendations to senior management.
