Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States (Ann Arbor, MI) seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead client projects and manage a portfolio of programs, coordinating planning, execution, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to deliver strategic business outcomes.

You will drive project and program plans, align teams across functions, facilitate global collaboration across time zones, and advance Agile and hybrid methodologies while reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client project management, with 5+ years in program management or similar role leading client-facing technology projects.
• Proven track record managing complex program portfolios with multiple projects and teams.
• Experience with ONESOURCE product suite across practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum project management; familiarity with Waterfall/hybrid practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans and program strategies with goals, timelines, and milestones.
• Create, manage, and align project teams to deliver high-quality deliverables within parameters.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
• Prepare and share high-level stakeholder updates, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project and program budgets, forecast costs, and ensure compliance with financial constraints.
• Monitor progress and performance, adjusting plans to meet client goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues affecting success.
• Develop and improve project management tools, processes, and frameworks.
• Evaluate performance and report to senior management.
