Job summary

WestCare Washington is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate workforce development and community education under a SAMHSA grant in King and Pierce Counties. You will lead a comprehensive training strategy focused on suicide prevention, lethal means safety, and crisis pathways.

Collaborate with the Program Director, clinical partners, and grant staff to ensure on-time delivery, fidelity to curricula, and effective instructor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or human services field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with training coordination or workforce development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the training strategy and support the project plan with leadership and evaluators.
• Develop training schedules, learning objectives, and materials for audiences.
• Deliver community education and train staff, partners, and providers.
• Collect pre- and post-training assessments and required performance measures.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
