Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead the SSD Expansions real estate initiative. You will scope projects, build scalable processes, and drive cross-functional execution to launch new fulfillment sites across urban regions.

Strong program management, data-driven decision making, and executive-level communication are essential as you partner with teams across Transactions, Legal, Capacity Planning, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs; SQL knowledge.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of the real estate expansion process from business requirements to lease signing.
• Develop the program strategy and drive cross-functional teams to deliver new fulfillment locations.
• Define objectives, analyze data, and drive measurable improvements.
• Coordinate resources and communicate status, risks and changes to senior management.
• Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize end-to-end outcomes.
