Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of real estate expansion from requirements to lease signing with cross-functional partners.
• Develop program strategy and drive teams to deliver new fulfillment locations.
• Define program mission, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments; understand business problems and blockers.
• Coordinate resources across on-site and external teams to execute priorities.
• Prioritize projects and determine move-forward criteria with stakeholders.
• Bridge gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce inefficiencies.
• Identify risks early and mitigate blockers.
• Collaborate with executives to communicate status and milestones.
• Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
