Job summary

A Sr. Program Manager in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition leads initiatives to optimize hiring and accelerate delivery.

You’ll partner with TA leadership, business lines, HR, and internal teams to build scalable mechanisms that attract and hire top talent while enhancing the candidate experience. You will establish regional metrics, track performance, share best practices globally, and own end-to-end delivery of programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives with AWS TA leadership to optimize and accelerate hiring.
• Partner with TA and business leaders, HR partners, and internal teams to build scalable hiring mechanisms.
• Establish metrics to measure success of regional programs and track performance.
• Share best practices regionally and globally.
